This year at Cedar Island we have experienced a fine mix of coastal life. From warm humid air, to the lovelyness of hurricane Alex.
But we here think pictures are worth a 1000 words so here you go.
Then we
headed to the beach for a while 
This year we had an unexpected visitor, although he was fun to have around,
natures fury is incredible. 
The storm started around midnight on monday and ended around 1pm on tuesday
afternoon. Once he went thru the weather got better.
